I’m Amanda, a doula born and bred in Leeds. I’ve lived in Rawdon, Pudsey, and Chapel Allerton.
My first baby arrived at St James’ Hospital, a birth that, if I’m honest, was sabotaged with the “small baby” card, inaccurate measurements, and an unnecessary induction.
My second baby was born at home with the Leeds Homebirth Team.
That birth changed everything.
